Wow! It’s been what? 2 years since my last blog entry? I feel like a rookie, a noobie, a virgin… Hey, I still AM a virgin. Scratch that!

There. Having no blogging practice has left me rusty. Gotta sharpen my skills (or lack thereof) again.

Anyway, WELCOME BACK ME!!!

*crowd lets out a wild roar*

This is cool. I’m using Performancing on Mozilla Firefox to blog on WordPress. Go Open Source software!!!

Finally! I am nearing the end of my college life. I’ll be graduating come April or May. The school hasn’t set a date of graduation just yet. I’m currently undergoing my practicum at a prestigious hotel in the Ortigas vicinity.

I’ve decided not to import my past blog entries from Blogger. My outlook in life has changed since those days. But, the old entries still are a part of what I am right now so I kept the old blogsite up for my private viewing.

Seishin tagged me (mataya-taya ba?) and in order to avoid her wrath from falling flat on me, here goes…

Anyway, right now I want to know about the crazy things you did for love. Past tense, all right?

Ei, Seish, are you sure you want me to participate in this? Haha… O sige, I’ll post the “safe ones” na lang. Kaya lang, medyo mababaw lang ang mga ‘to. The deep ones bring stings to my chest e. :)

I endured jeers from classmates when I brought flowers inside our campus. It was my first time to ever even think of giving flowers to a girl. It was her birthday the next day and I decided to surprise her that night. I bought the flowers some hundred kilometers away from school after my morning class and still had to come back for an afternoon class. Laspag tuloy yung mga bulaklak. It’s hard to take public transportation at times like that. When evening came, I traveled another hundred kilometers to Ortigas (where she worked).

At SM Megamall, I suddenly thought of buying her the toy which we both saw weeks before and which startled her not just once or twice but thrice. (I mean, what a cute moment.) Grabe, hinalughog ko ang buong SM but I ended up empty-handed. So, I trekked to Robinson’s Galleria (where we originally saw the toy anyway) to buy the thing. Wala pa silang stock pagdating ko dun. But I insisted that the salespersons find one. And so, they did.

Finally having the prized toy, I walked all the way to her office which was located again another hundred kilometers away. (I may seem to be exaggerating the distances but believe me, buckets of sweat, prying usisero eyes and bulging leg veins tend to make one far-sighted. hehe…)

The sparkle in her eyes when she saw me…

O siya, tama na isang instance. Ayaw talaga me na make carry-carry my sariling bench e. And I really feel that things I do for her are a far cry from what she really deserves.

Wow, ang cheesy ko…

It’s official. The two-year lay-off has made this author terribly gay…
